About Ava-Lawn & Snow Ltd.

Ava-Lawn & Snow Ltd. was founded in May 2024, built from the ground up with hard work, determination, and a commitment to exceptional service.

What started as a simple trip to Ontario to pick up a truck quickly turned into something much bigger. Along the way back home, taking on small jobs and helping people where I could sparked the idea to start a business of my own. Once back in Newfoundland, I got to work—posting ads, building a presence on Facebook, and taking on any job I could, from dump runs and deliveries to household moves.

In just our first season, we proudly served over 800 customers. That early support and trust from the community made it clear this was more than just a side hustle—it was the foundation of something long-term.

As winter approached, we expanded into snow services, and with the changing seasons came a new vision. Ava-Lawn & Snow was created to focus on reliable, professional lawn care and snow removal services, while still offering garbage and debris removal to meet the everyday needs of our clients.

Today, our mission is simple:
deliver dependable service, maintain properties to the highest standard, and make life easier for every customer we work with.
